Ratings and reviews

When I discovered that adding the Bottom Navigation Bar to Android9 was a Very complicated matter (you Really don't want to know) I searched for an app that could do the Heavy Lifting. This one was rated greater than others; my choice was based on its high reviews, Wrong Move! No explanations or instructions; tap Back & nothing happens. I can draw cute red patterns with a fingertip, but that's not the putpose of the app. The 5* Ratings must have been solicited from family & friends!!!
