Works exactly as described and you can completely control the Dremel from this app. It's speed and power. It's definitely a great app and a great product. The Dremel is extremely powerful. It is big but let's just put it this way, I lost the key to my hitch lock It was the kind that has a ball that you place into your trailer hitch and metal bar goes across the top and locks. I used an all metal Dremel blade and I was on low power and it went right through it no problem. Very nice product

Was expecting an app that would let me catalogue my tools and accessories so I could easily find them, what each thing was best for and what other accessories would be compatible with my tools. Apparently that was far too lofty of an expectation... unless you have the 8260, this app may as well be a pdf file.

App loads momentarily then ... CRASHES. Edit, Oct 2025: they finally released an updated version. I had high hopes... but, no, it still crashes on start-up. What a waste of money Dremel has proved to be. Sigh.
