Since 1989, we can, with great pleasure, passion and dedication, be part of the leisure industry. The technological developments of the last years go faster than ever and are also getting more and more mobile. - Customize data, you can make changes to your personal details yourself.

- Upgrade subscriptions, you can easily purchase additional services yourself in Sportivity.

- Book lessons, you can quickly book a lesson and request an overview of the already reserved lessons.

- Insight into finances, all invoices are immediately visible to you with a new payment period and these can be paid directly with iDEAL.

The QR code scanner (main function of the app, to check-in in the gym) doesn't work 50% of the time. and takes a full few minutes to be usable the rest of the time. App is up to date, running on a Pixel 7, also up to date. so it isn't a phone issue. I usually don't leave review because I understand temporary bug can happen. But this is plain unusable.

Horrible UX. I have to use this app to get into the gym by scanning a QR code, but most of the time it takes forever before the camera works. Quite often it will not work at all, or even cause my phone to reboot!!! Not a great way to start your workout. And it's not like my hardware is outdated or obscure (I'm using a Google Pixel 8 Pro). Also, is it too much to ask that the app goes back to the home screen after a successful scan?

I couldn't find any settings to make the app English, you should really add this to your app. Also there's no filter option in class list (make reservation) page. All I'm seeing a bunch of classes with some other gyms that I'm not even registered. Location (gym name) and class name filter is really necessary. There's also a bug while making available classes as highlighted . Most of the classes at the end of list, seems not available when it's actually available!

At this moment the app is only in Dutch, the translation to English is on the roadmap as well as a filter option. Now we only provide a sort function. We hope to build in filters soon. If you send your email address to app@sportivity.com we will check the classes of other gyms that should not be visible without a valid membership.
