Q. Do employees need to sign up separately?
A. No. Once the owner registers the employee, a link will be sent via text message.
Q. Are weekly holiday pay and night shift premiums automatic?
A. Yes. Weekly holiday allowance is automatically generated for working 15 hours or more per week, with a 1.5x multiplier applied after 10 PM. Deductions vary depending on whether you are enrolled in the four major social insurances.
Q. How do I clock in and out?
A. Clock-in and clock-out are automatically processed via the employee's phone within the store's radius. Neither paper attendance sheets nor fixed terminals are required.
Q. Is the data safe?
A. All communications are encrypted, and data is stored in data centers within Korea. Compliant with the Personal Information Protection Act, data can be exported or deleted at any time.
