BossCheckin — employee management, check-ins and payroll in one secure ecosystem.

BossCheckin turns your Android phone into a central hub for managing working time and employee pay. The system runs on your own devices, without requiring a company server, cloud account or permanent internet connection.

With BossCheckin, you can:

• Record the start and end of work using a QR code or an NFC tap.
• Manage employees, locations, work schedules and check-ins.
• Calculate payroll based on actual working time.
• Track payments, bonuses, absences, paid leave and sick leave.
• Store employee documents and receive reminders before they expire.
• Communicate through built-in chat with Sent, Delivered and Seen statuses.
• Create monthly reports for payroll, payments, absences and leave.
• Export data to CSV for accounting.

QR AND NFC CHECK-IN

Employees can record their attendance using a company device configured as a kiosk. Each check-in is verified locally and does not need to wait for an internet connection. NFC uses a secure exchange between the devices, while a QR option is available for phones without NFC.

KIOSK MODE

Turn an Android phone or tablet into a dedicated check-in terminal. The device can be locked to BossCheckin, preventing employees from leaving the app or using other functions.

OFFICE WEB

Open a secure web dashboard from a computer connected to the office Wi-Fi network. Manage employees, locations, check-ins, payments, leave, documents, messages and settings from a convenient browser, even without internet access.

EMPLOYEE APP

Employees receive their own app, where they can view payslips, a calendar of their check-ins and the current status of their working day. They can communicate with the office and receive important notifications.

YOUR DATA REMAINS UNDER YOUR CONTROL

Payroll, check-ins, photos, documents and messages are stored encrypted on your devices. Devices can discover and synchronize with each other directly over the local Wi-Fi network. You can optionally enable internet mode for remote synchronization, with data remaining encrypted while being transferred.

Independent backup options are available through backup kiosks, courier devices and your own Google Drive. If your phone is replaced or lost, your data can be restored using your 12-word recovery phrase.
