We have had these lights for about 6 months. The app updated recently, and now offers a subscription for premium features like Smart Home integration and priority technical support for $20/month. After spending thousands of dollars to have the lights installed, you would assume that all of the app features would be included for no additional charge, but that is not the case. Who knows what other features may end up behind a paywall in the future, disappointing.

$4,500 product with junk software and app. Horrible design, disorganized, features are unusable and counter-intuitive. Software update is frozen. Some annoying AI helper for some reason is forced upon you and you can't turn it off. Settings are useless. Schedule is stuck on something never selected. This type of trash is the result of AI in tech. After spending thousands, BOSSO is such a trash brand they have to pander in the lowest form, asking you to subscribe.

I purchased the lights, don't force me to watch ad videos, that's trash. Also, sunset schedule never turns on lights. I have the correct timezone, coordinates entered, and have restarted the controller.
