We have had these lights for about 6 months. The app updated recently, and now offers a subscription for premium features like Smart Home integration and priority technical support for $20/month. After spending thousands of dollars to have the lights installed, you would assume that all of the app features would be included for no additional charge, but that is not the case. Who knows what other features may end up behind a paywall in the future, disappointing.

I can't use any custom settings. The "apply" button just says "success" and won't change. I have sent 2 requests for customer support through the app with no response! You also can't see what it currently on. Not user friendly at all.

They required me to watch 3 videos that were unskippable on 11/28/2025, when I just wanted to set my lights. I let them play on my phone without audio and walked away until they were done. Such a waste of time and were just ads for their premium version. super lame.
