App won't work since the Bosso did an update.my lights turned just into one color, blue. I reset the box like what the customer service said. I followed their instructions, uninstall and installed again the app. I unpair from my wifi and pair it again, but it is not responding to the app at all. I can't even turn it off from the app not even scheduling. Bosso please resolve this issue. We are so frustrated.

We have had these lights for about 6 months. The app updated recently, and now offers a subscription for premium features like Smart Home integration and priority technical support for $20/month. After spending thousands of dollars to have the lights installed, you would assume that all of the app features would be included for no additional charge, but that is not the case. Who knows what other features may end up behind a paywall in the future, disappointing.

Please remove the annoying animated AI bot icon constantly hovering over the app, it's constantly in the way and I can't turn it off. App performance can be slow at times.
