Absolute rubbish! What a waste of money. In order to track another device both you and the other device has to keep logging in and using the provided code. This is impractical because when you are trying to locate a loved one they are not going to be constantly logging in and filling in a code. The app should constantly run in the background once installed on devices and you should not have to keep logging in to use it. Also, after all that this stupid app only shows my incorrect location.

Location tracking is smooth and zooming in and out of locations works really well. Unfortunately when you log in using a family code you do not get promoted to create a profile. As a result, once you close the app you cannot retrieve the data, but have to reuse the code, which creates a new user. You can also not remove users (i.e. family members). Would like to see this added.

Appears up when I desperately needed to locate a missing phone . Very convincing that I can find the phone in an instant. Yet after I pay for a monthly subscription then find out that it won't work cos the phone I'm tracking didn't have the app in it. Make a one day free trial or something instead of misleading people !!
