App is not bad, but recently I've been having an issue where I will lose the internet connection while in the app and then when I close it and re-open it says "unable to validate credentials..." Even though I checked to make sure my internet is working and I was just using the app. I usually have to wait until the next day before I can access it again. Very frustrating.

I've been using my online banking for several years and I really like it. Thank you Bank of Botetourt.....I don't know how I lived without the online banking

A little laggy opening the app and in between requests. I don't like I can't make a comment on transfers. I put aside money every paycheck for bills I know are coming up, or extra money I'd like to dedicate to tithing. I now have to keep a separate PAPER ledger and it just adds more steps to my banking experience. my previous bank had more features and the adj is difficult to make. The bill pay is not as simple as my last bank and I particularly don't like that feature. it's not friendly.
