Photograph or describe a bottle. Bottle&Ink identifies it, researches the details, and remembers what you thought.

Bottle&Ink is a calm, private wine journal built around your own taste. Add a bottle with one natural description or an optional private label photo, then manage the journal with simple direct controls.

ADD NATURALLY
• Write whatever you remember—name, vintage, label clues, and what you liked or disliked—in one field
• Bottle&Ink separates bottle details from the initial tasting memory and may lightly tidy that memory without changing its meaning
• Later tasting edits stay exactly as you write them, and a personal 1–10 rating is always optional

USE DIRECT JOURNAL CONTROLS
• Log or edit a tasting without a chat flow
• Change bottle details, add a label photo, or add another vintage
• Keep vintage-specific notes and ratings separate
• Add or remove bottles with simple quantity controls

ASK WHEN IT HELPS
• Ask about serving, pairings, style, or drinking windows
• Ask Bottle&Ink is read-only and cannot change your journal
• AI-assisted identification and sourced research continue in the background

BUILD YOUR LIBRARY
• Search wine names and your own notes
• Filter by your personal 1–10 rating or tasting status
• Open the same wine profile from Library or Fridge

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Notes and label photos you choose to send are processed for app functionality but are never posted publicly
• A private device account signs in automatically—no email or password required
• Export your journal as JSON or permanently delete your account and private uploads in Settings

When Bottle&Ink identifies, researches, or answers a question, it sends what you choose to OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol through its Cloudflare backend and can use live web research. AI can make mistakes, so check important bottle details. Bottle&Ink is for remembering your own taste. It does not sell wine.
