Got stuck with the spinning wheel of death when I tried to log in the first time. Closed the app after waiting several minutes. Won't let you log in, says credentials are wrong (they weren't,we checked) can't send an email with your username or password through the reset option. Bugs/errors make it unusable. Waiting for update. I'll update my review accordingly.

Very hard to navigate and many directions are scattered with little direction in completing a request. 3 months I have been trying to get a actual card to use with the Bottle drop locations but the only card I have is on my phone. The card readers almost always are not able to scan your phone to unlock a door allowing me to drop off the bottles or cans. The card readers are not well maintained and the kiosk is very confusing to use.

Posting based on recent experience with technical support. 5 stars. Went to a kiosk to draw out some money. The kiosk failed me and I was a bit apprehensive. The lady told me to call in because the machine had been hit or miss lately but hold times were less than 1 min. That was seriously true. I called in, was next in line and the whole call with resolution and refund to my account happened in less than 3 minutes. I ended the call awkwardly because I was prepared for a defense that wasn't nee
