BottleDrop is the easiest way to return Oregon deposit containers and get your refund. With the app, you can access your account card, view your account balance and bag history, update your information, receive account notifications, and find locations.

Good UI & features. Only gripe is that every so often the app acts like it's not communicating with the Bottle Drop database. It doesn't always recognize my login despite multiple tries, ensuring each time there are no typos. It then directs me to reset my password, but never sends the temp password to my email or phone. At the same time this is happening I can log in via the ipad app or browser with no issues. 5⭐ once login issue is fixed.

Main (not the apps fault) problem=the system has been getting my bag counts wrong (yep, I keep count) by %15+. Old 5* review: 2 more problems. The kiosks don't like the QR code, have to go to "Card" menu for UPC style. App messes screen brightness even outside card screen. Old:Well! Went from 1* to 5*, kudos to somebody for the update. About the only minor complaint (now) is that the back button (some places, not always) closes app instead of going to prior screen. Otherwise does what it should.

My only issue with the app is in its location finder. For example some places that are stated as places you can print a voucher don't offer those options. I suggest double checking by calling or checking the website. This sort of defeats the reason for the app. Outside of that I love it. Though the app states your funds can take 24 hours to update i find it's usually within a few hours. The bar code scanner works when dropping off cans or printing vouchers. Now in just needs more locations.
