📖 HOW TO PLAY

2. Enter the Ladder: Guide your stones through the gateway into the central 14-rung ladder.
3. Stack & Block: Stack your friendly stones on identical rungs or jump over opponent stones.
4. The Bear-Off: Once all your stones have entered the ladder, race to exit them off the top rung. The first player to clear all pieces wins!
