Really like the look and feel of this new BECU app. Just being able to look at account balances without logging in or requesting a text makes the app even more useful. We also started using the app to deposit checks we receive so our trips to the bank are nearly non-existent. We also use the BECU Card Control app. This should be incorporated into this app to work seamlessly. If they add card control capability into this app then it would surely earn the 5th star. Right now it's a little clunky to use the both of them separately.

The most recent update as of April 5th was initially working fine for me, but as of the 8th I'm not longer able to type in my logon information into the homepage. None of the other functionalities (fingerprint, etc) are able to be pressed either. It's hard to describe, but it's as if the homepage is merely a screenshot and is non-responsive to touch.

The app still has a few bugs. Sometimes I can't login to my account and the app will direct you to provide info until it reads that a code has been sent to your email. However, I never actually get an email with a code. I've had to go through this process multiple times and not once have I received an email/code. The staff is amazing about helping you fix any issues you have but once bank hours have ended for the day, you're screwed.
