It helps you carry out complex workflows such as pickup, delivery, position updates, and damage reports easily, digitally, and on the go. Easy Installation & Login:
After downloading, you can register conveniently via email and the code from your invitation. Once logged in, you can get started right away and select your client.

Workflow Selection:
Right after launching the app, you can choose between the most important workflows:

Pickup (collecting assets)

Position Update (updating location)
Damage (reporting damage)

Selection is intuitive with just a tap.
Intelligent Scanning Process:
After choosing a workflow, the scan mode starts automatically. You can scan all necessary codes – whether Asset ID, Order ID, or other relevant information. The app checks the validity of the codes and uses symbols and messages to show if the scan was successful or if there was an error. Unneeded values can be easily removed.

Offline Capable & Secure:
The app works even without an internet connection. Scans and data entry are always possible; uploads are performed automatically once the device is back online. This keeps your work flexible and ensures no data is lost.

Clear Scan History:
All completed workflows are shown under “Recent Scans.” Here you’ll find details for each scan – such as timestamp, customer, and asset information. This overview helps with tracking and support inquiries.

Status Display & Error Handling:
The BOX ID logo always shows your connection status to the server (online/offline). In case of upload errors, you’ll receive helpful messages for troubleshooting, such as checking your internet connection or app version. If you need support, you can use scan details directly for assistance.

Data Security & Updates:
Your data is transmitted encrypted and stored securely. The BOX ID Driver App is regularly updated to ensure the highest security standards and new features.
