I am reviewing after I restarted my phone, the game works now. You can choose dark mode, and turn off the music in settings. Once you go through the tutorial, you can play on your own. NYT games app has a similar game. People rating it badly here either don't understand it or are not very good at it. Restart your phone if it freezes. I love this game. Please create more though I am seeing repetition.

I like the game, but it doesn't seem to have enough puzzles because I'll often get the same puzzle a few rounds later and even twice in a row. The score is BS as well because I just finished a puzzle in 3 words and got an 84, followed by the same puzzle again, but finished it in 2 and got a 74.

Back button doesn't do anything. Unable to revisit puzzles to solve them more optimally. No track record of which puzzles you solved or how well you did. Ads after every. Single. Puzzle. No way to remove these ads at all. Fake statistics after each puzzle to make you feel good (I intentionally made the shortest words I could make and after a hilariously bad 9 word solve I still did better than 76% of players? Yeah sure..) Some basic functionality and a way to remove ads and it could be 5 stars.
