What’s new

• Staff permissions now work as configured — an access level granted in settings is no longer overridden by the account's role.
• Editing an account and deactivating an account are now separate permissions, and can be granted per user type.
• Reorganised the staff permissions screen so each feature's settings sit together instead of being split across the list.
