Arrived at your hotel too early? A train to catch late in the day? Drop off your luggage at a BoxSpot partner store and enjoy the city hands-free.

HOW IT WORKS
• Find a drop-off location on the map, near you or by city.

• Book by the hour or by the day in just a few minutes.

• Pay by card online. Some locations also accept cash on site.

• Present your QR code: the store will scan it and photograph your luggage.

• Return before the end of your booking with the same QR code to collect your belongings.

WHY BOXSPOT
• Clear pricing: from MAD 9 per hour or MAD 59 per day. For hourly rentals, you never pay more than the daily rate.

• Free cancellation up to the start time. If you pay by card, the amount is refunded to you as BoxSpot credits, valid for 12 months. Cash only: you don't need to pay anything.

• Secure payment via Payzone, an institution authorized by Bank Al-Maghrib. BoxSpot never sees your card details: you enter them on the Payzone page.

• Partner merchants selected by our team, under contract with BoxSpot.

• Your reservation and QR code are always at your fingertips in the Reservations tab.

• Have a question? Contact the drop-off point from your reservation, or contact support in the app. Sami, our AI assistant, responds immediately, and the BoxSpot team takes over if needed. You can also choose to contact the team only.

WHERE
Drop-off points in Tangier, Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, Mohammedia, and Bouskoura. The app map shows open locations.

Available in French, English, Spanish, German, and Italian.
