This app is a mess & pointless if you already have a season pass. Hoped to link my pass to the app, instead couldn't find anywhere to do so & froze/crashed while entering the personal info (for the 2nd time). Confusing to navigate the app as it seems mostly just for purchasing (most sections of the app will take you there even if not intended). The maps are a joke as nothing more than scanned copies that won't zoom out to see the mountain. It took Cypress 5 years to respond to this comment.

This app is great for info, maps buying tickets and pretty much everything you would need. Having an emergency button is comforting too even if I've never needed it yet. Only problem is I have to force close the app every time, no other way to close it. Also nobody answers the phone number listed or answers your voice-mail or emails. My girlfriend (who bought a pass for me put it in her name) and I both called and emailed for 3 weeks with no answer before I drove up for the second time to fix it

Be respectful to your customers and hire normal usability and mobile developers and quality assurance engineers. Test your app, it has a lot of bugs and almost impossible to get any function to work on a first try. Fix links, the roller coaster from activities leads to lights. I can edit cart by removing item but can't change quantities. I have to re-sign waiver every time, just store it in the account. Google Pay requires sign-in from web frame in the app instead of using native integration.
