Something changed, and I can no longer log into the app. It has lost my data for March 2026. it will not let me login to track my data. NHKen18. very sad there has been no responce to my repeated emails for support.

Can't open the app. Can't update the app. Useless. After deinstalling and reinstalling, functionality returned to the app. Pretty lame. 2026 and it still doesn't work. Can't login. Please fix it ok. After rebooting my phone I got in. Finally.

Thanks for the update, Mike — sorry for the frustration you experienced. We’ve recently improved how the app prompts users to update via the Play Store, which should prevent this going forward. not a smooth or intuitive app. My new glitch upon opening says I have to be over age 18 to have access. Season is near the end for me. I will just uninstall.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration with the age restriction message preventing access. We understand how inconvenient this is. Our team is aware of the issue and a fix has been identified. A new version will be released soon, and we’ll notify you once it’s available.
