Why can't we book service on the spot as the workshop is opened and available to proceed with the job?

I want to be as loyal as possible but one time the app updated and my record was cleared. Wasted the apparent loyalty numbers and had to restart. Need to improve on database I think (so if change phones, the data is kept). Please ease the login process too.
