App never works during normal hours. the charging station that is closest to my home almost is the most convenient. yet, when I try to connect the app to charge my EV before 8 or 9pm, it never loads so I either have to find another station or I have to pay at the pump which is a $35 hold and you won't get the remaining balance back for days. I have downloaded it on Android and Apple so it's not an operating system issue.

Utter garbage. I've tried to charge at these stations twice now and every time the hose gets stuck, the car doesn't charge, and I get holds on my bank account. I call support for the app and they are just awful at guiding people through using these stations, and they will leave you stuck, chargeless, with their hose stuck in your vehicle. Despicable!

This app/charger system is so difficult to use. First plug your car in, then you have to choose your charger but they are not clearly labeled. Also the app will not let me choose a charger that is already connected to a car. Additionally if you are able to successfully guess the charger, and start it, be very quick to plug-in before it times out!
