BPA AI puts your team's business processes on your phone.

Business Process Automate is a platform for building the apps, forms and workflows an organisation runs on — without writing code. This app is the companion to it: sign in and everything your team has built is there, on a screen that fits in your hand.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Fill in and submit forms wherever the work happens — a site visit, a client meeting, a warehouse floor
• Attach a photo or a video straight from your camera, without leaving the form
• Capture a location on a record when it matters where something happened
• Work through your tasks and approvals, and see what is waiting on you
• Open your team's apps and records, search them, and update them
• Get a notification when something needs you, rather than finding out later
• Ask the assistant a question about your data, in plain language

BUILT FOR WORK
Your data stays inside your team. BPA is multi-tenant by design, with row and field level access control, so people see the records their role allows and nothing else. Every change is written to an audit trail.

Your data is stored in Australia, and Norbrik Pty Ltd, the Australian company behind BPA, is certified to ISO 27001.

CONNECT YOUR OWN AI
BPA's AI features work out of the box, and if your organisation already pays for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, you can point BPA at your own account instead and keep AI spend where it already sits.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT
BPA is a business platform, not a consumer app. You will need an account with your organisation's BPA workspace, or you can sign in and start your own. Plans and billing are managed on the web at bpautomate.com — there is nothing to buy in this app.

PERMISSIONS
The app asks for camera, microphone and location only when you use a feature that needs them, and you can refuse any of them and keep using everything else. It never accesses your location in the background, and it never reads your photo library — when you attach an existing image, your phone's own picker hands over the one file you chose.
