I've used this app before ordered flea medicine (Frontline & nexgard) was super easy to order received my products no problems. I have attempted to purchase again (only nexgard this time) and is not letting me order just says "loading do not press back button" then disappeared and nothing was ordered or giving me any type of error message nothing not sure what's going on.

This app/website is a scam! they just f*ucked me out of almost $70 and now I cant get ahold of anyone to get my money back. I ordered two cat flea collars from them and it took FOREVER to get here, and even when it did get here it wasnt what I ordered at all. The packaging did not match what they had online and it was missing contents. I've called the customer service line twice now and one time they just didnt pick up at all and the other time the dude that picked up was rude not a good service

Pretty easy to place an order. Did have a problem with it not accepting my original payment method for some reason. Entered a different card and it was successful right away.
