About this app

Bpexch is a simple record-keeping app for customers of the Bpexch service desk. It replaces back-and-forth chat messages with clear, trackable requests.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Create a deposit request: pick the receiving account, enter the amount, attach a photo or screenshot of your bank or wallet receipt, and submit.
• Create a withdrawal request: choose your payout method (bank or mobile wallet), enter the amount and your account details, and submit.
• Track every request: see whether it is pending, approved or rejected, with the date and time.
• Keep a history: all your past deposits and withdrawals in one list, with filters.
• Receive updates: a notification appears in the app whenever the desk acts on a request.
• Get help: contact the support team on WhatsApp directly from the app.
• Use it in English or Urdu — switch with one tap.

HOW IT WORKS
Bpexch does not move money and has no payment gateway. You make your payment in your own bank or wallet app, then record it here so the desk can verify it. Withdrawals are paid out by the desk to the account details you provide, and the payout proof is attached to your request.

YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign-up needs only your name, a username and your WhatsApp number. New accounts are checked by the desk before they are activated. You can change your password in the app, and you can ask for your account to be deleted from the Profile screen at any time.

PRIVACY
