Teia BPM is a Business Process Management (BPM) platform that allows companies to track, execute, and control workflows and activities directly from their mobile phones—without relying on spreadsheets or phone calls to know the progress of each step.

Ideal for companies in any sector that need to organize internal processes with multiple stages, responsibilities, and deadlines—such as customer service, production, logistics, healthcare, legal, or administrative.

With the app you can:

• View the Dashboard with active workflows, pending processes, and a summary of the month's activities
• Track pending activities, filtering by urgency, department, and process type
• Consult the history of completed activities, organized by stage and process type
• Open the cards for each stage of the process and update the status of the activities (complete, pause, cancel, or mark as not applicable)
• Comment on and attach documents directly to the activities
• Chat with each process
• Receive notifications when a new activity is released for your department

The application is for corporate use, with access restricted to authorized employees through a login provided by the contracting organization.
