The app’s intelligent personal assistant is your single point of contact for accessing all necessary information and reaching out to the right people at the right time. For instance, if there is an incident that needs immediate reporting, the personal assistant will guide you about the process and keep you updated about the status of the reported incident until it is resolved. The app intends to support bpost employees throughout any working day.

The app is available in three languages - English, French and Dutch
