The app's interface is very nice and smoothie. I really liked it. It'll be a great feature if you include NFC payment method through the app. Hope that the authority will look into it. Once I wanted to pay my shopping bills through bkash by the scanner of this app but it was showing errors all the time. Later I had to pay it on the card. I missed 7% cashback on bkash because of this error.

From speed to UX everything was good until recently with the new update. It's still a good app and one of the most user-friendly one I've come across but recently it has gotten slower. Everything takes more time than before. Hopefully they'll make it faster with some optimizations soon

BRAC Bank's online banking platform is user-friendly and quite reliable. I had no issues accessing my account or conducting transactions. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for even non-tech savvy customers to navigate.
