BienStar is a mental health app that promotes good habits through gamification. The app monitors your physical activity, tracks your emotional well-being and uses game elements to motivate healthy habits. It integrates with Google Fit and HealthKit to track exercises and steps, in addition to allowing photographic recording of activities. The project was developed in collaboration between the University of Los Andes (Colombia), the Technological Institute of Monterrey (Mexico) and the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
