Ok, the app works, and it can save time when you're doing a lot of repetitive labeling e.g. Control Panels, but the file management sucks. I have no efficient way to organize files by job or system, and transferring files requires me to do it one at a time. Additionally, there is no obvious way for me to delete files that are no longer needed.

I figured creating labels with a smart phone would allow me to easily create labels that were more customized than basic printers offered, so I bought the Brady M211, but this app is horribly unintuitive & poorly designed, making the process time consuming, frustrating & overly complicated. Also, basic processes require too many button pushes. It's all too hard to explain in a short review. If the app at least worked, I could overlook the overpriced cartridges.

they made updates to the app which made the whole experience so much worse. if that wasnt bad enough, i cant use the app for more than 5 minutes without it crashing. by the time i finish writing out all my labels the app crashes and i have to write it out all over again. i have 2 of their machines and theyre basically useless to me now. and why is it that i have to connect to my machine every time i use the app? it should remember that its my machine
