Great Application! We've had our fair share of connection issues. However, it's not the apps fault. It's the thermostat losing connect from wifi. When I need to see the temp inside, our away set temp, and more. This app makes it unbelievably convenient to check from anywhere. We've been laying in bed and opened the app just to bump up/down the temp. Very reliable, convenient, and easy to maneuver. After resolving a minor glitch in the programming, the app is working fine. Tech support was most helpful in identifying the need to remove the thermostat batteries in order to allow the thing to reset thereby allowing it to be programmed correctly. Battery removal for thermostat reset is not included in the thermostat instructions. Update. My thermostat continues to work fine most of the time. It does take fits periodically by losing connection with our router for several consecutive days.

Compared to Ecobee this is glitchy, slow and cumbersome with much more limited programming options. The app requires log in every time you use it. Any time you make any changes to the settings or temperature control the app is very slow to sync up with the thermostat. More than half the time the sync fails and you have to do it again. It's usually easier and faster to go all the way downstairs to change the thermostat manually.

You can adjust the login style by navigating to the Account Screen. At this screen, please enable [Last Session] and [Biometric] login. With these enabled, you will automatically log into the app and resume at the last screen. Please let us know if you continue to experience service slowness. From time to time, internet conditions will be slow.
