Great Application! We've had our fair share of connection issues. However, it's not the apps fault. It's the thermostat losing connect from wifi. When I need to see the temp inside, our away set temp, and more. This app makes it unbelievably convenient to check from anywhere. We've been laying in bed and opened the app just to bump up/down the temp. Very reliable, convenient, and easy to maneuver. Take the walk through to learn all the features available with your thermostat anytime anywhere!

Not a great interface, nor very user friendly. They asked which features are difficult to use, so here you go. They only have a landscape view, unlike most apps that have a portrait aspect, why? I have to go through several "login" screens before you can make any changes which makes no sense. Scheduling is just as confusing with no instructions. It takes a long time for your app to communicate with the thermostat and you have to keep the app open for changes to take effect. Would NOT recommend!

After resolving a minor glitch in the programming, the app is working fine. Tech support was most helpful in identifying the need to remove the thermostat batteries in order to allow the thing to reset thereby allowing it to be programmed correctly. Battery removal for thermostat reset is not included in the thermostat instructions. Update. My thermostat continues to work fine most of the time. It does take fits periodically by losing connection with our router for several consecutive days.
