Ratings and reviews

Unauthorized Charges: I paid for a 7-day plan--thought the app was pretty useless and tried to delete my account but couldn't find the cancelation information in the app itself. Then the app charged me $40 without authorization. I emailed the developers and they asked for bank statements, etc., and said that no account matched my email. Very fishy if you ask me. Fraudulent behavior. I would give zero stars if I could.

AVOID THIS! Canceling this expensive subscription is made inaccessible by the vendor. I subscribed through the website. All attempts to log in to the website fail. The app still works, but provides no unsubscribe options. Update: After posting this, I was able to get a response from their app support. They claim that my subscription has been canceled. We'll see.

I really like this app, but I have to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every time I try to use it. So far, I've learned alot about myself. But having to uninstall & reinstall the app to get it to open is ridiculous and makes me want to just uninstall the app all together. I told my daughter about it, so she downloaded it and it wouldn't open. She didn't want to fool with what it takes to open the app. This problem needs to be addressed ASAP.
