BrainClean — Block Distractions Until the Task Is Done.
Right now the biggest issue of mobile is it never let us focus on task, either we are scrolling or if some how we decided to stop using mobile, then notifications distracts.
HOW IT WORKS :-
There are multiple modes in this application which helps you in different ways. The ways are
1. Create task, start task and block apps.
2. Schedule task and block apps. Scheduling task helps in auto blocking which means you do not have to force yourself to create task.
3. Block notifications either completely or specific to selected apps (Note: blocking notification only works if task is active).
4. Eye blinker which remainds you to blink which is great for your eye health.
5. App monitor blocking, if you do not want to block completely, you can break your follow by blocking app in between usage.
WHY WE NEED THESE PERMISSIONS
BrainClean asks for three Android permissions during setup. We only use them for blocking — nothing else.
• Usage Access — lets BrainClean detect which app you've just opened, so we know when to show the blocking screen. Without this, we cannot tell a blocked app apart from any other.
• Display Over Other Apps — lets BrainClean show the full-screen overay on top of a blocked app. This is the screen that asks you to return to BrainClean.
YOUR PRIVACY
We collect only what's needed to run your account and your tasks:
• Your email and username (to sign in).
• The tasks you create and the apps you've selected for blocking.
We do not:
• Track your location.
• Read your messages, photos, contacts, or files.
• Record what's on your screen.
• Sell, share, or send your data to advertisers or third parties.
The list of which app is currently in the foreground is read on your device to trigger blocking and never leaves it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — all your data is permanently removed from our servers.
