SMARTduet - COOPERATION PROGRAM FOR ACCOUNTING OFFICES AND CLIENTS
Clients of accounting offices that have been provided with the SMARTduet program can now join it and purchase loans from anywhere and at any time, without the need to use a computer. SMARTduet is a program supporting cooperation between accounting offices and their clients, providing them with access to key business functions in SaldeoSMART.
NATIONAL E-INVOICE SYSTEM (KSeF)
Send invoices to KSeF directly from your phone. Use the "KSeF mini-flow" function to mark documents and check the status of invoices downloaded from the government platform. Gain full control over which invoices should be posted.
ADD DOCUMENTS IN ONE CLICK
Adding documents has never been easier! Just take a photo of a single- or multi-page document in the application and it will immediately appear in your SaldeoSMART account. Documents such as invoices, letters and contracts will be visible to you and your accountant. You can assign them to categories, edit attachments, combine documents and manage them easily.
ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS IN CIRCULATION
Approve documents remotely and forward them to the next stages of document flow. The system supports parallel acceptance, defining transition conditions, indicating responsible persons and adding comments. We will inform you about the assigned documents via push notifications so that you are always up to date.
SEARCHING AND SENDING DOCUMENTS
Do you need to check a document submitted to accounting? Search for it using the available filters. Preview the document and then easily send the scan to e-mail directly from the application.
ISSUING, EDITING AND SEARCHING INVOICES
Create sales, advance and proforma invoices directly on your phone. You can quickly add a new contractor, enter goods or download data from the database. You will mark the GTU code and the JPK procedure on the invoice, and you will immediately send the finished document to the contractor. If you make a mistake, you can easily edit the invoice straight from your phone.
VIEWING ACCOUNTING SETTLEMENTS
Stay up to date with your company's revenues, costs and profit. Check the details of taxes, ZUS contributions and their status. You can easily check details such as the types of taxes or ZUS contributions to be paid and their status. We will inform you about new payments via push notifications.
PAYMENT CONTROL
Monitor payments for invoices and cost documents, enter partial payments and have access to a list of unpaid documents along with their summary. The settlement report will allow you to quickly identify contractors with the largest liabilities and monitor overdue payments, making it easier to manage your company's finances.
