Getting started with the mobile app requires only access to the SaldeoSMART program. This innovative solution for companies and accounting firms streamlines document management and accounting processes.

SMARTduet - COOPERATION PROGRAM BETWEEN ACCOUNTING OFFICES AND CLIENTS

Accounting firm clients who have been granted access to the SMARTduet program can now join it and purchase loans without the need for a computer. SMARTduet supports collaboration between accounting firms and their clients, providing them with access to key business functions in SaldeoSMART.

DOWNLOADING INVOICES FROM THE NATIONAL E-INVOICE SYSTEM (KSeF)

Set up automatic invoice downloads from KSeF and use the mini-flow feature to tag documents and check the status of invoices downloaded from KSeF. For non-standard contractors, assign the appropriate document type, and for others, activate the "Complete with AI" function, which automatically assigns the type, category, and invoice register.

ISSUING, EDITING, AND SEARCHING INVOICES

Create a draft invoice and freely edit it before converting it to an invoice and sending it to KSeF. Quickly add a new contractor, enter goods, or retrieve data from the database. You can mark the invoice with the GTU code and JPK procedure, and easily submit the completed document to KSeF. If you make a mistake on the invoice before sending it to KSeF, you can easily edit it directly from your phone.

ADD DOCUMENTS WITH ONE CLICK

Take a photo of a single- or multi-page document in the app, crop it, increase the contrast, or change the frame. The file will instantly appear in your SaldeoSMART account. The documents will be visible to you and your accountant.

DOCUMENT ACCEPTANCE IN THE WORKFLOW

Approve documents remotely and forward them to the next stage of the document workflow. The system supports parallel approval, defining transition conditions, designating responsible persons, and adding comments. We'll notify you about assigned documents via push notifications.

SEARCHING AND SENDING DOCUMENTS

Need to review a document submitted to accounting? Search for it using the available filters. Launch the document preview and then easily send a scan to email directly from the app.

VIEWING ACCOUNTING REPORTS

Stay up to date with your company's revenue, costs, and profit. Check details about taxes, social security contributions, and their status. You can easily check details such as the types of taxes or social security contributions due and their status. We'll notify you about new payments via push notifications.

PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT BALANCE CONTROL

Monitor invoice payments and expense documents, enter partial payments, and access a list of unpaid documents, along with a summary. The settlement report allows you to quickly identify contractors with the largest liabilities and monitor overdue payments. With the reporting function, you can see exactly how you're spending your money. You can check your bank account balance in the app after connecting it to your bank.

W wersji 1.56 dodaliśmy do faktur (szkiców, VAT i korekt) pola numeru i daty zamówienia oraz numeru i daty umowy - zarówno przy dodawaniu faktury, jak i w jej detalach. Umożliwiliśmy też wpisywanie ceny jednostkowej brutto i netto z wartością 0 lub ujemną. Poprawiliśmy nawigację - po dodaniu dokumentu wracasz na listę dokumentów, do miesiąca, w którym je dodano, zamiast na ekran główny.
