The app is good but the main frustrating thing is the server of the app. Banking app is a very important thing where we keep our money to use it in our emergencies. But whenever I had emergencies, the app didn't work. every time I can't log in to my account for the server issues. So what is the reason to maintain an bank account that doesn't work in emergencies? It's not the recent problem, I'm facing this problem for a long time and now I have to shift to another banking app. that's all. worst❌

The first bank in my life is AB Bank. Safety and security are very good, very fast bank. Bank transactions are very good. Our Sandeep branch officials are very good, they are providing very good service. Till today, I have not had any problem with this bank's transactions, I hope I will get good service in the future. Regardless of the state of the bank at the moment, AB Direct is the best banking app I've used till date. Every section of it is super snappy and, the overall UI itself is simple and user-friendly.
