The app is good but the main frustrating thing is the server of the app. Banking app is a very important thing where we keep our money to use it in our emergencies. But whenever I had emergencies, the app didn't work. every time I can't log in to my account for the server issues. So what is the reason to maintain an bank account that doesn't work in emergencies? It's not the recent problem, I'm facing this problem for a long time and now I have to shift to another banking app. that's all. worst❌

One of the worst app i have ever seen. No option is available for AB Bank Credit Cardholders. You can use the app only if you have an account with the bank. There are many customers who are currently using AB Bank's Credit Card cannot use the app as they don't have account. AB Bank should take immediate steps for smoothing the banking experience for Credit Cardholders.
