Ratings and reviews

One of the worst banking services in Bangladesh, also the worst developed app in the world. Getting a proper connection to the server is rare. Especially in an emergency situation.

The app is good but the main frustrating thing is the server of the app. Banking app is a very important thing where we keep our money to use it in our emergencies. But whenever I had emergencies, the app didn't work. every time I can't log in to my account for the server issues. So what is the reason to maintain an bank account that doesn't work in emergencies? It's not the recent problem, I'm facing this problem for a long time and now I have to shift to another banking app. that's all. worst❌

faltu app ever..It's been 3 weeks can't log in. complaints to their help support.sill same. horrible Service.
