Recently, I renewed my subscription to B&B A week later, I was unable to log on? 3 wks passed. I was still unable to log on. I was mad! I paid, but I had no access. Well, I sat in a rest area scrolling through every paragraph of B&B looking for something thing that would help. I found an email and sent an email explaining what happened. I received a response with in 12hr! They looked, debug, and found the problem! They even personally called me and helped get back on! 👉AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
