Stuck on "initializing" screen. Tried using 2 different phones (S8, and S20). Deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing can seem to get it to work. Even after emailing the comapny I'm left with no help.

It won't stop "initializing." I've tried it on my wifi, data, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still the same. I have plenty of storage available, and I'm using a galaxy phone. What am I doing wrong?
