Issue Reporting (Role-based access)
Authorized district employees can submit issues or requests along with required details.
(Access to this feature is available only after successful login.)

Live Status Tracking
Users can view the current stage of submitted issues, including acknowledgement, review, and closure.

Secure Login System
Only verified officials with valid credentials can access and use the application.

Centralized Dashboard (For State Users)

This app is not for public use.

Access is restricted to:

District-level officers
