About this app

Scat is an application developed for use by the local police and / or assessors of the stop for the preparation of verbal notice and complaint in accordance with the Highway Code and the laws / municipal regulations, through smartphone.

Scat allows to obtain:
- a complete computerization of all stages of the drafting of the minutes of notice and complaint process (filling, storage, data download and archiving);
- the drastic reduction of the possibility of error compilation of the records themselves (especially in reference to the omission of fields such as, date, time, etc.);
- a fully computerized management of archives (eliminating paper buildup and reduced use of personnel for data collection and storage procedures);
- downloading data in real time on the server made directly to the end of the shift operators (or field, if necessary);
- the acquisition of 1D and 2D barcodes;
- the ability to attach photographs records through the camera of the device;
- the consultation of on-board / on-line documentation;
- the direct field verification of the validity of marks and permits;

Main features:
- Secure Access registration and passwords distributed to each user
- Can be used by supervisors, or by auxiliary agents PM, with different operating modes.
- Drafting of warnings and Minutes of dispute with ability to attach photographic documentation
- Drafting of Minutes of dispute by retrieving data from a previously printed notice
- Enter vehicle number plates made through automatic recognition (OCR)
- Ability to group the streets in the routes taken by the assessors, for quick selection.
- Bluetooth wireless printing (ability to quickly pair, if necessary, a Bluetooth printer different from the usual)
