Will not connect to my account or save my info. or show cooking! The account section and contact us section won't work! No matter how many times I try to pair it with my oven, reconnect it, emailed Brava several times, and did all thier suggestions, Un-installed and reinstalled app multiple times, reset password, unplugged oven and started over, and multiple other things. I can only get the Home page with recipes to work. Nothing else works and won't connect!

can't access account settings, can't sign in with mobile device, trying to contact support takes me to my custom cooks page. can't even delete my account (the confirm button doesn't work, even after typing in DELETE). wonder if there are grounds for a lawsuit since I can't delete my account - CCPA legislation would be very interested since I effectively have no control of my data. I've cleared cache/data, reinstalled, unplugged/factory reset the oven itself, the works. app just sucks on android.

Don't buy it, you'll go mad having to reboot it constantly because the cook button stops responding. Been a problem forever, happens after some software updates, and they don't seem capable of fixing it.
