It is helpful for taking photos of products, relocating them, as well as chatting with customers. However there doesn't seem to be a way of deleting any of the chats which just muddles up the inbox. 4 stars for me until they make some improvements.

Only one reason to use this app over the computer software and that is to take photos of items. Frequently when I take photos or scan bar codes the app just boots me back to the main menu and I lose all my progress. This app cant function in the only role I need it to so it gets 1 star.

Bravo app dev, is it possible to add a feature to the app whereby it pop-up notifies of offers? It would be very helpful if it functioned similar to how Ebay offers stay in notifications until cleared.
