About this app
BRCKS is the all-in-one project management and communication platform built specifically for construction teams. Replace scattered WhatsApp groups, email threads, and spreadsheets with a single organised hub — and save your team 2+ hours every day.
EVERYTHING YOUR TEAM NEEDS, IN ONE PLACE
• Project Dashboard — See what's new, what's done, and what needs attention across every project from a single view.
• Task Management — Clear task lists showing who's handling what, with deadlines, priorities, and progress tracking.
• Team Chat — Real-time project conversations that stay organised by project. No more lost messages in WhatsApp groups.
• Shared Calendar — One calendar for the whole team. See who's free, what's booked, and never double-book again.
• File Storage — Plans, documents, photos, and contacts all stored in one shared project space.
• Reminders — Automated alerts for services, maintenance, inspections, and key dates so nothing slips through the cracks.
AI-POWERED TOOLS
• Ask BRCKS — Your AI assistant that knows your projects inside out. Ask questions about tasks, deadlines, team members, or project details and get instant answers. No more digging through chats and files.
• Video Meeting AI — Host unlimited video calls with automatic recording, live transcription, and AI-generated action items. Stop taking notes and start getting things done.
• Site Meeting AI — Record in-person site meetings on your phone. Get instant transcripts and action items without typing a word.
