Well the App itself is plain. Nothing but limited and basic options. Only allows upgrades on your internet packages only. (No downsizing or downgrading at all online) So you constantly have to reach out to their CSRs whom are never on the same page as each other. They are extremely expensive on their tv options. But their Internet prices and packages are reasonable and very fast and Ive never experienced any issues with their internet. They certainly could improve in many aspects.

even tho, I pay full price, I do not get full price worth of service. every 20 minutes, the wifi has complications and impedes on my simple every day tasks. I have brought this up many times and have been ignored, bullied, or pushed aside. disgustingly unprofessional.
Horrible internet & cable service... Impossible to call thru to customer service, and excuse after excuse... and never a resolution over the past 12 months of repeated issues! THE WORST CABLE & INTERNET PROVIDER I'VE EVER HAD...!
