Almost lost $100 due to a failed top up. $100 was deducted from my bank balance, but the balance in the app remained unchanged. Only error message shown was "Unexpected Error Occurred" with no further details like an error code whatsoever. Edit: The customer service team is great, they managed to resolve the issue within 4 hours. Just a pity that this app is not up to par.

Force Update pop out when there isn't any update in Google play store. Unable to cancel the tab, which made the app not usable. Wasted time queuing....
