The Fleet and Maintenance Manager is a mobile application for field teams to register and monitor fleet operations directly on the farm. Developed for use with your company's system, it centralizes fueling, maintenance, incidents, and equipment transfers in one place.
MAIN FEATURES
• Fueling — Register fuelings with equipment, farm, driver, operation, crop, fuel type, mileage/hour meter, and refueling location.
• Maintenance — Register preventive and corrective maintenance, including service type, mechanic (own or third-party), items used, scheduled and execution dates, supplier, and observations.
• Incidents — Register incidents with description, priority, status, and photos. It is possible to link corrective maintenance to the incident.
• Fleet Transfer — Request the movement of equipment between farms (origin and destination), with scheduled date and observations.
• Notes — View, edit, and send pending records of fuel supply, maintenance, incidents, and transfers to the server.
• QR Code — Quickly identify equipment by scanning the machine's QR code.
• Notifications — Receive system alerts and access related records.
• Synchronization — Download data from the server and send notes made in the field. The app works offline and synchronizes when there is a connection.

REQUIREMENTS
• Access granted by your company (login with CPF and password).
• Server address configuration provided by the administrator.
• Internet connection for initial synchronization and data transmission.
PERMISSIONS
The app requests access to the camera to scan equipment QR codes and record photos of incidents, and to the gallery to attach images when necessary.
Support and access credentials must be requested from your organization's system administrator.
