Full profiles with photos, registration numbers, microchip details, and status. Log heat cycles and progesterone results, and the app forecasts the next cycle for you.

Track a litter from breeding date to go-home day. Individual puppy records, weights with growth alerts, aptitude testing, and a seven-stage litter flow tracker. Pre-whelping temperature logging helps you predict labor.

Health Records
Vaccinations with product name and lot number, automatic booster reminders, deworming schedules, medication dosing, and vet visits. OFA, CAER, and PennHIP results stay on the dog they belong to. Export a health report when a puppy goes home.

Pedigrees and Genetics
Multi-generation pedigrees you can export as a PDF or share by link. Genetics forecasting across 13 loci and a COI calculator for planning a pairing.

Waitlists and Applications
Custom puppy application forms feed straight into your waitlist. Drag families into picking order, hold a spot with a reserved slot, and track deposits against balances. New applications and payments arrive as push notifications.

Contracts and Payments
Send contracts for electronic signature and keep the signed PDF filed with the right puppy and buyer. Invoice through Stripe with card or ACH, or record a Venmo, Zelle, or cash payment. Net profit is calculated per litter.

Buddy, Your AI Assistant
Ask about your dogs, litters, and buyers in plain English. Drop in a spreadsheet, a DNA report, an OFA certificate, or a photo of paper records, and Buddy drafts the records for you to approve.

Calendar and Reminders
