Ratings and reviews

I love this app for the convince of it and being able to be paperless and see my account info at any time. The only thing I do not like is that almost everytime I log in with my fingerprint and verification service it always wants to call and have me put in a number to log in when I already did necessary steps and should be reviewing my account instead of doing a extra step almost every single time I go to check my account...
