I liked the old one more because this one is sooo complicated and bad by the way ,and has some bugs

Need to simplify rescheduling, cancelling the class, adding the class. Got.frequent errors while resceduling. Certain scenarios are not covered while resceduling. Difficult to get urgent support from customer care as I could not find customer care number and the chatbot does not cover what I wish to resolve!
