About this app

Our Bright Horizons Family app is a safe and secure way to keep families connected to your child’s nursery day. You can stay updated with their daily activities, see what they have been learning and get status updates including daily activities, room locations and more through our handy activity log. You’ll even receive photos and videos of your little one, so you can be sure they’re happy.

The app also features two-way communication between you and your child’s nursery, enabling a variety of functions:
· See your child’s daily activity and access learning journeys
· Message the nursery, answer permissions or notify pick up changes

updating after latest update 24/3: lost the ability to "like" photos which I presume is a defect ------------------------------------- it's ok but stop doorslamming it so often when the app does not remember passwords. No new features are ever evident

The app is fine but it is not allowing push notifications to my android phone, even though I have enabled them in the app settings and checked they are enabled in the general settings on my phone. I'm instead having to rely on email email notifications and manually logging into the app. My partner is not having these issues with the iPhone version of the app.

The UI isn't great, not very intuitive, and feels all over the place. Our previous nursery's app looked a bit dated but nailed reporting, private child photos, meal and nappy tracking, medical forms, and app notifications. This current app is so poor it almost puts us off checking our own child's progress and well-being.
