The journey of El Abd Patisserie began in 1974 when the first branch was opened in downtown on Talaat Harb Street. That’s when we started writing the history of El Abd and carving a big name in the production of Eastern and Western sweets as well as bakery. Later, in 1996, another branch was opened on 26th July Street in downtown.

Since the very beginning, our main goal is to share people their happiness and joy on various occasions and draw a smile on the faces of Egyptian family members by offering a variety of high-quality products.

Your app is a disaster. Can’t login even though I HAVE an account. My addresses keep getting deleted and the app refuses to save a new one. And the menu?? Not updated at all. I order stuff, then your call center calls me to say “sorry not available”. Fix your app or just delete it.

The app never works, asking for the address with every step and not saving it. El Abd products are amazing but as we near the end of Ramadan, I haven't been able to order once. I will uninstall it now and try to reinstall and see what happens because updating didn't do anything.

it sucks, asking for a phone number and not accepting any number either mobile or landline in all formats still nothing.
