Ratings and reviews

Firstly, this company clearly doesn't care about it's members reviews. Mobile check deposit feature only worked once. 1st it says that the amount entered is incorrect which it's clearly not. The 2nd is some bogus error that it had to be endorsed when my signature is clearly within plain view. My check doesn't match the exact shape of the box so maybe thats it. The app works for basic functions but is quite terrible for anything more than a trivial tasks. I would not recommend to anyone!!

Someone must have read my review below, because they fixed it! Thanks!!! The app is great but there was 1 day that I could get to my credit card info by just clicking the credit card from the home page. Now if I do it, it says I have to go through the menu, click on Payments then click on the credit card. It's not that big of a deal but it would be easier if I could just click on 1 thing from the home page.

Since the app was updated, you can't pay with a credit card. It's a shame, because before the update disaster it worked very well.
