There is something wrong with the new update of the app, I updated and my phone went in a loop of crashing I spent 3 hours trying to figure out the problem I had no choice to factory reset my phone, in the process of reinstalling apps once I got to brightwell the same thing happened again I uninstalled brightwell andy phone went back to normal, I installed again and it was stuck in a loop, now I lost all my data because of a glitched app. Please review your update.

Very bad app I think it should be optional if you want to use the face check or still keep your password or finger print login on your device!! You can't make it mandatory that everyone use Facebook check to keep track of their own money. And a next problem is that whenever you go to send money cash pick up the country is not loading it's always saying retry!! You guys need to fix this issue ASAP!!

Can't log in. I absolutely hate fact that you have to use facial recognition even when the facial recognition only works 1/10 times. If you contact customer service and tell them you can't access your account because it won't recognize you they basically say oh well thats the only way to log in. Would never choose to use this if it wasn't forced by the cruise lines.
